Excalibug

Excalibug era (é?) uma espada com alto ataque/defesa e foi descoberta na Ornamented Shield Quest. Ao contrário do que dizem, a espada não foi implantada no jogo com esse nome. O nome "Excalibug" foi dado por jogadores (ela é parte da palavra "Excalibur" a espada do Rei Arthur, e "bug" porque entrou no jogo por um bug). Foi achada em um corpo que agora é a Crystal Key quest. Foi colocada lá por um mapper de modo secreto e para seu próprio uso. Outra desta espada foi encontrada mais tarde em um cyclops por Taghor. Ambos seriam a Magic Longsword se existissem hoje. As espadas foram removidas do jogo, e quando a Magic Longsword foi introduzida, os ataques foram abaixados duas vezes. A CipSoft presumidamente adicionou a excalibug como um material roleplaying, e está é a sua história:

Os antigos reis dwarfs forjaram a arma para ajudar em lutas contra diabólicas criaturas. Essa lâmina mística foi escondida há muito tempo. "Dizem que ela está protegida por uma poderosa força invisível".
Há somente boatos; quase nada é conhecido por certo.
