As lost dwarven caves são cinco cavernas espalhadas pela regiões próxima à cidade de Kazordoon. Sendo uma encontrada dentro da mina interna da cidade, as outras podem ser encontrada na minas à oeste da montanha, além de uma ser encontrada no Mount Sternum. Em todas você encontrará os Lost Dwarfs, criaturas bem fortes e rápidas.
