A Ice Witch Temple é um caverna grande de três andares adicionada no Patch 9.86 e está localizada ao sul de um dos Barbarian Settlements, à oeste de Svargrond.
Com a temática de ter apenas criaturas relacionadas ao gelo é um ótimo local de caça para jogadores com leveis diferentes.
No primeiro andar, um jogador de level 60 ~ 80 pode caçar sem problemas, pois é bem grande. Porém no segundo andar é recomendado para jogadores de level 80+ devido a quantidade de criaturas que atacam logo ao entrar.
O terceiro andar onde há Frost Dragons e Frost Dragons Hatchlings só é acessível com o uso da magia Levitate.
