Vampire Lords são poderosos vampiros e pouco se sabe sobre como funciona a hierarquia dos vampiros. Alguns vampires lords dropam Vampire Lord Tokens durante as suas raras aparições em várias partes do tibia, exceto The Count, The Weakened Count e os vampires lords de Vengoth raramente saem.
