Em vez de cuidadosamente se drenarem e trocarem seu sangue, eles começaram uma discussão sobre quem deveria ser o primeiro a ser curado. Logo, a discussão saiu do controle resultando em uma briga sobre quem teria feito a descoberta e que teria os méritos.
