Gha'Zuul percebeu logo que a sua carreira em Drefia foi rapidamente chegando ao fim, pois se o Marid não matasse seu companheiro necromancers certamente o faria. E então ele desapareceu ... 			Muitas são as lendas sobre a arreira de Gha'Zuul na cidade necromante. Trabalho com determinação sobre-humana e cruel extermínio de toda a concorrência real ou imaginária, Gha'Zuul conseguiu subir ao topo da hierarquia de Drefian dentro de poucas décadas, e quando um acidente bizarro aconteceu com o presidente do Conselho Superior, Gha'Zuul teve seu lugar. Ele foi o primeiro necromancer a tomar essa posição e ainda estar vivo. No entanto, mesmo sendo o necromancer, o lugar ainda não foi suficiente para satisfazer a sede de Gha'Zuul para o poder. Ele tinha grandes planos para Drefia. Sob seu governo a cidade necromancer iria expandir,conquistar e assumir o controle do norte, e talvez de toda a Darama! Foi sua a ideia de propor uma aliança ao Efreet, e quando a batalha decisiva se aproximava ele pessoalmente levantou as tropas necromancers para marchar contra o Marid.

			O resto é bem conhecido. Tropas de Drefia sofreram uma derrota decisiva na batalha de Ankrahmun. Esses mortos-vivos que não foram destruídos durante o cerco inútil de Ankrahmun foram pulverizadas no calor seco, seus aliados tinham convocado. Gha'Zuul percebeu logo que a sua carreira em Drefia foi rapidamente chegando ao fim, pois se o Marid não matasse seu companheiro necromancers certamente o faria. E então ele desapareceu ...
