The rearguard of the summer court were obviously formidable archers. Driven insane by what others of their kind call 'nightmares', these archers often forget to keep their distance, running screaming towards their targets while constantly shooting at them. Even with such erratical behaviour they should not be underestimated at all. Their arrows usually find their mark, even when not aimed at vital body parts and their disdain for accurate aiming leads to a greater frequency of shots in general. As much as they are driven by hate and anger, they seem to enjoy the blood and pain caused by their attacks. While the vanguard of the summer court are in general astonishingly disciplined and organised fighters for elves, the incursion of the nightmares have driven them mad and turned them against their kin. Vengeful for imagined slights and full of hate against anything not touched by the nightmare, they became a constant threat, attacking without any provocation. They still display the skill and training of their past but their clouded minds prevent them from forming strategies and the use of more complicated fighting maneuvers. The rearguard of the summer court were obviously formidable archers. Driven insane by what others of their kind call 'nightmares', these archers often forget to keep their distance, running screaming towards their targets while constantly shooting at them. Even with such erratical behaviour they should not be underestimated at all. All the more they are by far the most dangerous of them. Seemingly having accepted their nightmarish visions as reality, they indulge into their madness and become scions of carnage and pain. The vanguard of the winter court holds some tragedy. Their weapons and armor obviously hint at the noble past as part of a military order of a civilized race. Yet in their current state of madness, those are the only hints of former nobility and in their crazed eyes there is only a hatred that seems almost animalistic. The unturned dream-born seem reluctant to engage them in combat, probably in the hope they still can be saved. Given their probably infectuous nature, any pity seems ill advised though. Even if they are not mad beyond any help, it's far too dangerous to allow them to spread whatever cursed them to other creatures. The dream-born are a reclusive race of creatures that are shrouded in mystery. Only recent events led to a contact that shed some light on these peculiar beings. There seem to be two distinctively different kinds of dream-born, that align themselves with either the winter or the summer. Though there are conflicting reports about that alignment, the current theory is that there are two rivaling courts exists though it's still possible that there is just one court that changes in accordance to the seasons. In the few recorded encounters, the dream-born claimed to live in realms that their god created with his dreams. Given their obvious kinship to the common elves it's of course far more likely that they are just descendants of elves that fled the godwars into some kind of pocket dimension. They usually shun outsiders and rarely leave their own realm at all. What little information could be gathered about them suggests a lifestyle akin that of the other elves, though they seem to lack a cast system and have a feudal oriented society. Due to their isolation they developed odd quirks like the overemphasising of seasons, that hints at a primitive, animistic world-view. It's still recommended to improve any contact and further the knowledge about them for the sake of science. All research of their behalves is hampered by what some kind of disease that drives them mad and violent. The dream-born claim that this is caused by 'nightmares' which may hint that a feverish episode is the precursor of this madness. Although this disease seemingly does not spread to other species, it is still recommended to keep these aggressive lunatics at distance. This behavior gives new credit to the old saying: If bitten by an elf, please see your doctor. &lt;br /&gt;
The rearguard of the winter court have fallen far from what they once were. The first encounter of them probably took place not in their own realm but on Tibia. Just recently some older reports about an attack on a caravan could be connected to them. In the reports of the few survivors the caravan in question was attacked by a roaming orcish tribe. When all seemed lost, the orcs where attacked by what they would later call elf-like 'bow-furies'. At first the traders and their mercenaries were happy about their unsuspected rescue until they recognized their 'saviors' made no difference between men or orc, shooting and hacking their bloody path through them. At least the ferocious attack gave some of them the opportunity to escape with their bare lives at least. When the survivors later returned to the battle-site with reinforcements they found everyone slaughtered, not even the horses and pack-animals were spared but nothing of the goods were plundered at all.&lt;br /&gt;

Ele começa dizendo que apesar das semelhanças entre os elfos que conhecemos e os elfos dali, eles não são do nosso mundo. Foram criados por um poderoso elfo cujo o nome foi esquecido a muito tempo. O domínio sobre os sonhos de tal elfo era tão grande que os tornaram substanciais. Dizem que ele era o tecelão dos sonhos mais avançado que já andou pelo mundo e também era um artista solitário. Foi então com toda solidão que sentia que decidiu sonhar com uma nova raça de elfos que pudesse lhe fazer companhia. Ele sonhou sua criação em vida e eles floresceram. No início, o sonhador ficou satisfeito e viveu com seu povo em felicidade. Mas com o tempo vieram dúvidas e suas alegrias cresceram superficialmente. Foi quando ele começou a ter sonhos incômodos de culpa e sobrecarga. Um dia ele deixou o seu povo. Não está claro se ele simplesmente foi embora ou o medo o atingiu. Mas seja como for, as suas crias, foram deixados sozinhos e carentes de sua sabedoria e orientação paternas. Seu desespero e medo alimentaram a coisa cuja semente nasceu dos problemas de seus criadores. A semente cresceu e cresceu e também a confusão no Dreamborn. Os jardins dos sonhos que alimentaram o Dreamborn em abundância começaram a dar frutos amargos e, pela primeira vez na existência, tiveram que cuidar de si mesmos. Eles olharam para as outras raças e adotaram muitos de seus costumes e maneiras. Dessa forma, eles sobreviveram e perderam sua inocência para sempre. Os dois reinos separados se separaram, mas conseguiram ainda manter contato, através dos sussurros da besta na ruptura, mas esse reino não era o único a lidar com isso. Também as pessoas dos novos reinos passaram a diferir cada vez mais. Eles não viam mais os outros como irmãos e irmãs, mas como parentes muito distantes na melhor das hipóteses. Apesar de todas as diferenças serem em sua maioria superficiais, uma profunda desconfiança em relação aos outros e uma grande arrogância sobre seu próprio lado começaram a crescer. Independentemente disso, não começaram a ser hostis entre eles, os Dreamborn. Um escárnio aqui, um leve lá. Pode ter levado ao conflito por si só, mas as coisas foram forçadas de qualquer maneira, muito rápido. Alimentando-se das animosidades dos sonhos, a abominação do pesadelo crescera em tamanho e poder e, estava faminta por mais. Fazendo seu covil na ruptura purulenta entre os reinos, não se contentava mais em devorar sonhos ruins, queria mais, queria o próprio sonho. Então, com todo o seu poder, surgiu e atacou o reino do sonho. No início, eram apenas caçadas ocasionais no escuro, mas seu apetite aumentava a cada dia que devorava. Logo o reino tomou conhecimento de pessoas desaparecidas. Mas em vez de agir em uníssono, eles acusaram um ao outro de jogo sujo. A raiva alimentou a fera ainda mais e com o tempo ela se tornou mais poderosa e mais ousada. Logo seus ataques aumentaram, mas mesmo após os avistamentos de seus abates, cada um dos reinos ainda supunha que esse era o trabalho dos outros. &lt;br /&gt;
As mentes mais sábias dos dois lados não eram tão facilmente enganadas. Eles conseguiram identificar a ameaça e até mesmo entender sua natureza. Demorou muito para convencer as pessoas do que haviam aprendido. Tempo que permitiu que a fera prosperasse ainda mais. Quando eles finalmente se uniram para combater a ameaça, já era quase tarde demais. Alguns dos mais poderosos demônios entregaram suas vidas para vincular sua essência ao obeliscos de poder. Os outros teceram feitiços e defesas poderosas nas pedras que, em todo o mundo, eram colocadas em um determinado padrão para tecer uma rede que ligaria a fera e diminuiria seu poder. Então seus dois líderes reuniram seus melhores homens para lutar contra a besta em seu covil. A batalha foi dura e todos, exceto os dois reis, foram forçados a recuar.&lt;br /&gt;
Os dois desafiariam a besta e tentariam matá-la de uma vez por todas, enquanto seus aliados externos preparariam encantamentos de ligação que deveriam ser ativados caso seus líderes falhassem. Com palavras doces, promessas de poder e contos de conspirar pela outra corte, ele envenena os corações de muitos nobres de ambos os lados. Ele promete conhecer maneiras de prender a fera à vontade de um sonhador, um pensamento perverso que, infelizmente, atrai muitos. Ele joga os dois tribunais uns contra os outros e ninguém está disposto a ouvir. Devido às suas reuniões secretas e conversa privada, eles estão cientes de que o estranho está jogando um jogo destrutivo com ambas as cortes. Os aventureiros precisam se tornar campeões da arena para ter acesso às áreas mais baixas da cicatriz onde a prisão da fera do pesadelo está localizada. Lá eles podem entrar na câmara onde a besta é banida e esperançosamente serão capazes de matar a besta cuja força deve ser amortecida pelas novas defesas habilitadas. The thanatursus is one of the few nightmare-twisted creatures that could establish itself as a new species. These creatures, that once probably just were common bears, became dangerous predators of berserk-like frenzy. The thanatursus is a carnivore that doesn't even shun away from carrion. In the contrary: it's known that the deformed bears often drag their kills into lairs, where they rot for a while before they are eaten. It seems the thanatursus does so for a more practical reason though. Observations lead to the theory that a thanatursus does absorb certain traits and even physical characteristics from their eaten prey. This seems to be more intense, the more fresh the devoured creature is. The natural instinct of the bear-creature seems to be to hide the carrion away for a later date, but if a fight with a victim drags on and drains more energy and blood then usual, the thanatursus is more likely to feast on it immediately. This probably leads to it mostly absorbing traits from more formidable foes and become more and more powerful over time. An average, grown up thanatursus combines the power and appearance of a couple of their prey. Some of them develop horns, similar to bulls or stags, most display the snout of a boar or fangs of a wolf. Some added more disturbing elements like human-like hands, elf-like faces or the wings of a giant bat. Even scales and tentacles are possible additions to their body. While the common thanatursus is an enough disturbing sight and threat, their very nature makes vastly different and more powerful variants a possibility. Sadly it's more than just a rumour that some of these creatures escaped the dream realms and began to roam the realm of Tibia. Though loners, these individuals acquired considerable power and already changed into creatures vastly different from the common thanatursus. With men as part of their common diet, they developed intelligence and ambition, preying on more and more dangerous foes to add their strengths to their own array of abilities.&lt;br /&gt;

The rearguard of the summer court were obviously formidable archers. Driven insane by what others of their kind call 'nightmares', these archers often forget to keep their distance, running screaming towards their targets while constantly shooting at them. Even with such erratical behaviour they should not be underestimated at all. While the vanguard of the summer court are in general astonishingly disciplined and organised fighters for elves, the incursion of the nightmares have driven them mad and turned them against their kin. Vengeful for imagined slights and full of hate against anything not touched by the nightmare, they became a constant threat, attacking without any provocation. * Por ser necessário executar uma grande exploração por todo o mapa tibiano, várias quests são necessárias para se ter acesso a determinados locais.&lt;br /&gt;

Essa quest tem como objetivo incentivar os jogadores a descobrir o mapa das cidades e locais de hunt do Tibia através do [[Cyclopedia Map]]. Atualmente, o mapa tibiano está dividido em '''18 grandes áreas''', sendo que dentro de cada uma há subdivisões para facilitar no mapeamento. Podemos citar por exemplo a área de [[Ab'Dendriel]], que é dividida em [[Ab'Dendriel City]], [[Ab'Dendriel Surroundings]], [[Elvenbane]] e [[Draconia]].&lt;br /&gt;
A quest está dividida em duas missões no [[Quest Log]]: '''A Speck of Land''' (onde mostra o progresso de determinada subárea que está sendo descoberta) e '''The Wide World''' (mostra o número total de áreas finalizadas).&lt;br /&gt;

Para descobrir uma subárea do mapa, abra o [[Cyclopedia]] e vá na guia [[Cyclopedia Map]], selecione com o mouse uma subárea que você deseja explorar (ela ficará em destaque) e clique em ''Start Discovering''.&lt;br /&gt;

Selecionado o local a ser explorado, vários círculos giratórios vermelhos chamados de '''Points of Interest''' (PoI) irão aparecer de forma aleatória por todo o mapa da área determinada. Os pontos são diferentes para cada jogador, o que quer dizer que mesmo que você vá com seus amigos nessa exploração o ponto será individual. Além disso, outros jogadores não conseguem ver aonde o seu ponto está.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Para completar uma subárea, você precisa encontrar exatamente '''7 Poins of Interest dentro dela.'''&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Entenda que não é possível explorar várias subáreas ao mesmo tempo e que caso queria investigar outra área sem terminar a anterior todo o progresso de busca será perdido.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Assim que encontrado os 7 pontos de uma subárea, a mesma será permanentemente desbloqueada para o seu personagem e você poderá descobrir uma nova.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Há algumas dicas para descobrir a localização dos Points of Interest dentro das subáreas:&lt;br /&gt;
*Uma mensagem será exibida na parte inferior da tela do jogo quando você entrar ou sair da subárea que você está descobrindo atualmente. Fique atento para evitar procurar o ponto fora da área;&lt;br /&gt;
*Uma subárea pode se estender para vários andares. Por exemplo, as subáreas das cidades podem incluir os esgotos ou andares superiores de prédios públicos e torres de vigia;&lt;br /&gt;
*Mesmo que o jogo faça a geração de mais de 7 PoI em cada subárea, você pode acabar ficando preso devido a algum ponto inacessível. Caso isso aconteça, você pode optar por redefinir seus pontos mas tenha ciência que perderá o progresso atual. Seja cauteloso quanto a isso.&lt;br /&gt;

Além de algumas áreas só serem acessíveis por quests, outras também são de difícil acesso ([[Zzaion]] só abre quando há Orc Raid em Zao Steppe).&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;

A medida em que você vai descobrindo mais subáreas de uma determinada área, também será desbloqueado alguns novos recursos de mapa no [[Cyclopedia Map]]:&lt;br /&gt;
*Após desbloquear '''30%''' da área total os locais dos NPCs dentro dessa área serão exibidos;&lt;br /&gt;
*Após desbloquear '''70%''' da área total você será capaz de ver as passagens entre subáreas em outros andares e teleports com o símbolo de uma escada no mapa;&lt;br /&gt;
*Após desbloquear '''100%''' da área total é possível ver as criaturas que têm em todas as subáreas. As criaturas que você ainda não desbloqueou no [[Bestiary]] irão aparecer somente a silhueta. Além disso, você irá receber uma notificação 1 hora antes de qualquer invasão que irá ocorrer na área. Por fim, você também irá receber o [[Achievement]] relacionado a essa área.&lt;br /&gt;
